Global Stocks Mixed on Negative Vaccine News

Global stock markets are mixed this morning. Stocks turned lower in Europe after a mixed trading day in Asia. Shares fell in Paris and London, but edged up in Tokyo and Shanghai after China said its September exports rose 10% in dollar terms.

If U.S. President Donald Trump doesn't push China too hard in the trade war, the U.S. economy could benefit immensely…

However, the head of the World Health Organization told the press Monday that countries have recorded daily record-highs in new COVID-19 cases. This comes after Johnson & Johnson paused its late-stage vaccine study due to a participant's "unexplained illness."
