Global Stocks Rise Following More COVID-19 Vaccine Data

Global stock markets opened higher this morning after Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) said its COVID-19 vaccine is more effective than first advertised. 

Pfizer said Wednesday that its vaccine is now 95% effective in preventing COVID-19, and that the company plans to submit the potential drug to U.S. regulators in just a matter of days.
