Special Session: Two Top Crypto Traders Discuss 2022 Outlook
I recently sat down with Tony Saliba, a brilliant investor and crypto trader, for a special recorded session of Ask the Pros! We chatted all about how folks could get started trading crypto entering the new year, and our expectations for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other important crypto investments.
If you’re reading this, chances are you know my story over the last year or so.
You know that Rob Booker found me as one of his trading students, that I really impressed him with my Echo Trades success, and that I became a trading “guru” pretty much overnight.
It’s been a wild roller coaster, and I wouldn’t change almost anything.
But with all this newfound responsibility and all you wonderful new readers and subscribers, that means I’ve got a lot more on my plate than I ever have before (and I was already a pretty busy guy!)
So some responsibilities have had to go.
But some have stung more than others.
Friday was my last day as my troop’s scoutmaster (for now).
After 3.4 years, I am gonna take a step back a bit.
It’s been an incredible experience, and I got to watch my son Jacob earn the Eagle Scout award, which was an incredibly proud moment for me.
Here we all are, together on that day! Extra points if you can spot my youngest in the picture (hint: he’s got the third-fullest beard of the bunch! Haha)
I loved leading these guys, and I may do it again sometime in the future. Maybe even with grandkids one day!
But I’ve been a leader for a while now, and it’s time to leave those responsibilities in some other very capable hands.
I think it’s valuable to remember that there are tons of great ways to give back even if we don’t or can’t donate money.
At this time of year, there’s tons of pressure on folks to give to charities and organizations that mean a lot to them.
And by all means, you should if you can! If you really love a particular cause and you can support it, go for it!
But at the same time, I know a lot of folks feel pressured to give even when things are tight for them.
And to those folks, I’d just encourage them to remember that time and presence are also valuable assets you can give to organizations like these.
Doesn’t have to be BSA. Food banks and shelters and all sorts of places need help.
And I think, like me, you’ll find it incredibly fulfilling!
Anyway, didn’t mean to get too emotional, but it’s a bittersweet moment turning over the head leadership position. And I will still be there as much as I can with the youngest.
Loved watching my oldest son grow up and become an Eagle Scout, loved all the relationships and the time together, but it’s time for somebody else to take the reins now!
Don’t worry though — I’ll still live by the scout oath in everything I do! Including trading! After all, I’ve been doing both scouting and trading about the same amount of time.
