We’re seeing random premarket action Thursday morning, and the bond market (TLT) is still breaking lower — it’s a falling knife at this point.

Wednesday’s release of the Federal Open Market Committee Meeting minutes was a lot of what we thought it would be — many of the Fed governors think we need to continue raising rates.
Jobless claims came in this morning at 239,000 vs. estimates of 240,000, a nothingburger.
We also got earnings from Walmart, which raised its full-year forecast as grocery and online growth fueled sales. But like
