| | | | | | | | | | | I think Apple Could Hit $250 By 2025 Apple is currently trading at right around $212, but I think it could soar nearly 20% in the coming months.
Here’s Why:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is all the rage and it's taking a major foothold in every facet of our economy from business, to personal use, to logistics, to tech, and more.
And Apple is in a really unique position right now.
You see, I don’t view Apple as a super innovative company. They were one of the last big tech companies to enter the smartphone space, they were late to the game when it came to personal music devices, and they only just now released their virtual reality/augmented reality (AR/VR) headset — when other companies started doing that nearly a decade ago.
But despite being late to the party, Apple has been so successful and notched out a position as one of the handful of trillion-dollar companies in the world today.
Some of you might be surprised when I say they aren’t a super innovative company… But think about it, they build atop other platforms, and other proven tech, and make it better than it ever was.
They’re not taking the risk in developing the next big thing. They simply wait for the next big thing to come and once it has a big enough footprint they hop in and swoop up the market.
It's a brilliant strategy frankly, all the reward with very little risk.
So, like I said, Apple is in a unique position, but why?
All Apple has to do to succeed is incorporate AI into their existing product lines without even inventing the tech and they’ll be able to take part in the AI boom without the risk of being the AI developers.
That’s why they’ve partnered with OpenAI, the makers of ChatGPT.
And we saw a wealth of updates shedding light on this strategy at their World Wide Developer Conference earlier this week.
Most of these stem from their new AI called “Apple Intelligence” which can: | • | | Rank your notifications for you, so you know what’s most pressing to do right now. | | • | | A Grammarly-type system that can check and correct your writing. | | • | | A ChatGPT-like system that will be integrated into iOS devices that can write, rewrite, proofread, reword, and summarize text for you. | | • | | An AI emoji generator. | | • | | An AI image generator integrated directly into apps like messages, mail, keynote, pages, etc. that has three styles, sketch, illustration, and animation. | | • | | It’s also an incredibly powerful AI tool. You can say things like “pull up the files my boss sent me last week, show me all the photos of my dad and my sister, or play the podcast my wife sent me the other day”, and it can do it all. | | • | | It’s also capable of helping to schedule your meetings and life like a personal assistant. One example they gave was a meeting being moved and Apple Intelligence calculating if the user would still have time to make it to his daughter's play. | | • | | They’ve also focused on privacy so it’s aware of all your personal data, but does not collect your personal data. Which avoids a big issue when it comes to AI and data privacy. | | • | | One last really interesting thing they’ve added as well is several upgrades to Siri, making it more conversational, better equipped, and giving it “on-screen awareness”. |
Sorry for the long list, and there’s even more. But I think you get the idea… Apple’s doing a complete and total facelift to its line of products and operating system.
With the release of the next iteration of the iPhone later this year, we can expect a new device specifically tailored to handle AI computing right in your product… and I think It's going to sell like hot cakes.
Here’s the thing: The masses won’t upgrade their car or even their TV to get a new version with AI until their car or TV needs to be replaced anyway. But their phone? They’ll rush to upgrade that to get a superior AI version.
Everybody will want the newest Apple device that is most equipped to handle these new AI updates, and at the end of the day, Apple has millions of repeat customers that upgrade to a new iPhone each year anyway.
So we will likely see an even bigger surge of folks updating later this year and going into 2025… That means more sales, more revenue, and share prices shooting up for Apple’s stock. | | | | |
