Are Bitcoin, Ethereum Ready to Resume Their March Higher?
The Nasdaq 100 is the strongest major index. But it's very, very overbought right now. Historically when it gets this high above its moving averages, it tends to pull back. We'll discuss that and more in this week's update!

Bitcoin and Ethereum saw big pullbacks of about 10% the past week. So I've been getting questions on whether or not I'm still bullish.

We'll cover those topics, plus a few stocks and sectors to watch in this…
Week in Review

The Strongest Sector and Stock as the Nasdaq Pulls Back
I've been saying that tech is going to start selling off, and now we're seeing it. Not only has tech been grossly overbought, but the put/call ratio keeps falling, indicating the market is overbought.

Elsewhere, the U.S. plans on tapping into its Strategic Petroleum Reserve in an effort to rein in rapidly rising fuel prices.

The Biden administration also announced that, unlike Austria, there are no plans to attempt to curb any surges in COVID-19 using lockdowns, relying instead on vaccines and therapeutics.

And in this video, you'll discover what market action is pointing to right now… whether tech will rise or fall over the near term… whether momentum levels are stable or overstretched... the biggest threat to the market right now… the biggest report of the week and what to expect… an update on the bond market and Federal Reserve policy… an update on the energy markets… the top sector with the top stock… and the bottom sector with the weakest stock.

2 Professional Services Stocks
Set to Dominate
If you keep up with the latest reports, then you know the Federal Reserve's latest retail sales data was strong

And that about 80% of companies beat earnings expectations.

That's one reason why the Fed appears to be highly liberal with its current tapering plan. I see higher interest rates catching up to tech stocks, but they're also historically beneficial for top professional services stocks...

And I've found some that look solid as we head into the end of the year...

The Stochastic Indicator, like the RSI, is a range-bound oscillator. However, where the RSI is calculated based on average gains and losses, stochastics compare the current price level to its range over a given period of time. Stocks tend to close near their highs in an uptrend and near lows in a downtrend. Therefore, price action that moves further from these extremes toward the middle of the range is interpreted as an exhaustion of trend momentum.

A stochastics value of 100 means that the current session closed at the highest price within the established time frame. A stochastic value of 80 or above is considered an indication of an overbought status, with values of 20 or lower indicating an oversold status.
