He was wrong – but still won his trade

At the start of the year, JD.com wasn’t doing much.

The stock had already been in a death spiral since its major stakeholder, Tencent Holdings, offloaded its shares in the e-commerce giant.

At this point, I thought the bloodshed was over…

And the stock could soon move North…
