I’m guessing right now, you’re feeling pretty crushed by the market. You think the end is here and you’re lacking confidence. Everything feels pretty awful.
Guess what? I feel the same way. But I do know that these feelings won’t last…
CIA Expert Shares Spy Tips for Controlling Trading Emotion
If you are feeling beat down right now, I know a couple guys who can help!
Last night, Tom Busby and former-CIA officer Andy Bustamante got together to preview the market and share some invaluable tips for traders.
Andy shared some spy tactics to help you become a better trader, including some practical steps to dominate your #1 negative emotion right now: fear.
Right now, if you’re anything like me, you’re feeling beat up.
The markets have tossed you back and forth, the strategies that were reliable just weeks ago aren’t going your way now, and it seems like the bad news is never gonna end.
Like I said, I’m feeling the same way. Most of the other “expert traders” I know are feeling the exact same way.
This isn’t some mainstream problem that the best and brightest are able to rise above.
When the S&P dumps over four percent, it’s pretty unlikely that you’re going to avoid that completely.
I know EVERYONE is bearish, everything looks horrible, sounds horrible, nothing seems like a bright spot in the market <-- this is the stuff that bottoms are made of.
I've been here before, we shall be here again someday (probably 10+ years down the road since this happens every 10+ years).
But everything returns to normal eventually.

Strategies are resilient and they rebound as the markets start to calm down.
The bad times never continue forever, even when they feel like they will.
So if you’re feeling it right now, there’s nothing wrong with that. But don’t trade emotionally.
Take a breath. Take a break. Take some time away. Things will rebound, you’ll recover, and the good times will start again.
