Plus, 4 Bullish and 3 Bearish Plays The bond market (tracked by the TLT ETF) is expected to go higher Wednesday because the Federal Reserve is finally backing off raising rates.  Ultimately, I think rates will go higher. But for now, the Fed is pausing, which will be good news for stocks.  Communications stocks (XLC) have been outperforming while Consumer Discretionary (XLY) is lagging.  Meanwhile, we got the Producer Price Index inflation data this morning...  PPI month over month came in at 0.5% versus estimates of 0.3%. The year-over-year number was 2.2% versus estimates of 1.6%.
