In Today’s Masters in Trading: Live Stocks are entering the second half of 2025 at record highs. And this isn't just luck. After April's brutal decline, the S&P 500 has roared back with a nearly 24% gain. All the other major indexes are trending higher too. That's great news. But here's the thing – many investors are still nursing wounds from April's lows. When volatility stays low and trends upward like this, it typically means institutions are getting comfortable taking bigger positions.
