Dear Reader,
Good morning!
Today I want to talk about a report that just came out on the new global arms race.
The President’s Top Defense Stocks
Sometimes the government can make your life miserable.
But other times, they can basically hand you money on a giant silver platter.
And that’s the case right here >>>

We’ve been saying for a lot of years that we’re entering a new cycle of war…
China and Russia are “revisionist powers.” They want to revise the world order in ways that suit them.
So we see countries arming like they did leading up to World War I and World War II.
Europe has ramped up defense budgets, and, credit to President Trump, Europe is being pushed to handle their own defense.
Our leaders have learned that we can’t handle China and Russia and fight a two front war - Europe has to handle Russia and we’ll handle China, as we’ve talked about.
In Europe, Poland’s spending grew by 31% to $38 billion. Sweden’s jumped by 34% to $12 billion in its first year of NATO membership.
And of course, we’ve talked about Germany…
Their fixed military expenditure increased by 28% to $88.5 billion, making it the fourth biggest military spender on the globe.
They’ve also made a $1 trillion special “catch up” budget to upgrade.
In the Middle East, Israel’s military spending jumped by 65% to $46.5 billion.
That’s a shockingly big amount of money for such a small country, and the largest annual increase since 1967.
In Asia, China spent 7% more on its military in 2024, bringing it to $314 billion, which raises fears, of course, of an imminent operation against Taiwan…
Which also boosted its military spending by a more paltry 1.8% to $16.5 billion.
Japan saw its military budget rise by 21% to $55.3 billion.
This is its largest annual increase since 1952.
So you have a lot of countries looking to buy weapons.
Now, who’s selling them these weapons?
Let’s face it - traditional exporters - United States, France, Russia, China and Germany…
We dominate the market.
But you also have emerging players like India, Turkey and Israel.
Notably, Israel’s defense exports reached a record $14.8 billion, with Europe accounting for 54% of sales, up 35% from the prior years.
What’s happening is, you have one group of countries really re-arming…
And you have another group of countries - the U.S., Israel, Germany, and others - really selling.
We cover this from a couple of different angles in our special report on Trump’s “Golden Dome” missile defense shield project.
We added an entire section for Israeli defense manufacturers.
And I’ll tell you something, we also cover in that report what these countries are really looking for when they’re buying.
They’re looking for advanced tech weapons including drones.
Today, the game is really about “distributed warfare.”
You’re not going to buy tanks, because tanks are just sitting ducks on a battlefield.
Helicopters?
I don’t think so.
In a world of drones that can just zip around a helicopter and ruin its day, helicopters are done for military use.
We’ve fought every war since WWII with “massed armor” (and speed, of course, always) - putting a bunch of armor at one end and firing to knock something down at the other.
But here we’re talking about a world where we see a thousand drones all communicating, moving like a swarm and then turning their guns to fire at one target.
We are witnessing the fourth revolution in warfare.
It’s a fascinating time to be alive. And we cover the companies at the heart of this new arms race in our new report.
