Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) is getting bullish on Nike (NYSE: NKE). They say the company’s profit picture if finally clearing up. As a result, the bank expects stronger earnings in fiscal 2026 and 2027. As they explained in a new note to clients… “NKE has been in a negative revision cycle for 3+ years, and we see that reversing over the next 6-9 months. We can finally begin to map out realistic ‘return to growth’ forecasts, while sizable margin levers likewise take hold. Said differently, NKE has the potential to exit FY26 growing revs +3-4% with [gross margins] expanding +200bps.” The bank upgraded the stock to overweight – and lifted their price target from $60 to $75. That’s a potential 13% gain from where it sits today. Ian Wyatt P.S. Did you know a new AI Profit Predictor can spot winning trades – with 124% average gains?
