It said a person needs 10 years of experience to master something. Ten years!
Who wants to wait 10 years to become a master trader, or just to be successful and make money trading stocks?
I sure don’t… And I’m willing to bet you don’t want to wait a decade, either.
So what can we do? How can we narrow that time frame by, say, a tenth of the time?
Luckily, there are ways we can make money trading stocks today…
It all comes down to repetition. If we show up each day, put in the work and learn from the mistakes, we set yourselves apart from the pack.
It’s important to stay the course and keep an open mind. Because in this industry, we learn or see something new every day. Trading is unpredictable. No two days are the same.
So it’s crucial for us to pay close attention. That’s how traders learn what works and what doesn’t so we can replicate previous successes — without making the same mistakes.
By showing up each day and staying vigilant, we start to pick up on patterns. That’s how traders grow… not only as a person, but as a professional as well. That’s how we can make money stocks, starting as soon as today.
But 10 years? No. That’s BS. I’m not saying success happens over night — it doesn’t. But we have the ability and tools to prosper in a much shorter time span.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…
Find a mentor. Find like-minded people. Work on yourself… Read and study — no one will do it for you.
Listen, being successful in this business takes hard work and the dedication to get smarter every day. This isn’t a punch-the-clock scenario where we do the same things over and over and cash out with monster paydays.
Rather, traders need to be adaptable. Only then can we put ourselves on that road to mastery. And even better, that’s how we make money trading stocks.
