Yesterday, we saw a massive pullback at market open, followed by incredible gains for all three major indexes to close in the green.
Today, we’ll talk about why the prevailing logic that most traders have going into a market like yesterday is dead wrong
52 Watchlists for Just $47
Every week, I send my hand-selected watchlist to members of my Market Roadmap program.
These trades are perfect “set it and forget it” setups that mature over a few months. And you can grab one watchlist every week for the next year for less than a dollar per week right now.
All night, people were blowing me up. Chicken little. The sky is falling. “We’re gonna lose all our money.”
To me, when I start seeing that, that’s the biggest opportunity. I was excited coming into the day on Thursday, even with the markets crashing.
And by the end of the day, I’d made about $20k across my accounts.
I’m not saying that’s gonna be possible for everybody or that that’s a typical result, but let’s talk about why that was possible.
Remember what I sent yesterday? The chart of the SPX bottom?
Even before Russia invaded, I believed we were approaching a bottom in the market, and possibly the end of the reversal.
Well, we saw it yesterday, and it’ll be very interesting to see how we move forward.
And I was ready for it, because I knew that Thursday was gonna be an awesome trading day.
It’s just a matter of getting your mindset right.
A day like yesterday is a day to get excited and be positive and take advantage of the new lower prices that the market has set.
The minute you panic, you’re already on your back foot, already losing.
So you need to keep a cool head and a positive attitude. It paid off for me, and the next time people are panicking, I expect the same thing to happen again.
