It’s a pretty light week of earnings, but here’s the calendar, anyway, in case you’re trading any of these stocks.
This weekend, I got consumed with a personal project.
I have a wifi bathroom scale that sucks down a set of four AAA batteries about once every two months, which is annoying!
So I made up this adapter to provide the 6v for the scale and use a rechargeable lipo battery.
I used a buck converter to make sure it puts out 6v all the time.
And then I designed and 3D printed a little snap-fit box for the buck converter.
It might feel like a roundabout solution, and other folks might have just kept changing out the AAA batteries every other month forever, but that’s not how I operate.
When something annoys me, I attack it head-on and try to find a solution for it.
And that, really, is how you should set your mindset as a trader.
Trading is challenging enough. But if you keep running into a problem that gives you a headache, or a strategy that doesn’t work, stop using it.
Especially in markets like these, you might find that the old ways aren’t working so good anymore.
And that’s okay. You just need to get creative and find a better solution.
Pretty soon, you’re gonna hear about a new strategy I’m using where I found a way to shortcut the chaos in the market and trade a specific setup to slowly grow my accounts.
I can’t wait to tell you about it.
But like so many other things, all it required was a bit of creativity and a lot of follow-through and hard work.
In the markets (and when you’re creating a new power solution for a bathroom scale), it’s well worth it to put the extra work in.
