Professional money managers and Wall Street investment strategists are well aware of Stephen Miran, the current chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisors.

The Harvard-trained economist and former Treasury advisor is considered the intellectual architect of President Trump’s trade policy. Balding and bespectacled, Miran exudes conservatism. He’s thoughtful about unintended consequences and speaks in measured words.
