U.S. stocks moved higher today. The Nasdaq jumped 1.2%... the S&P 500 climbed 0.6%... and the Dow rose 0.2%. Here’s Friday’s biggest calls on Wall Street. Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) reaffirmed its buy rating on Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) and raised its price target to $240 from $210. “We expect Nvidia to deliver a beat-and-raise quarter, with the stock reaction likely hinging on the level of upside to guidance.” Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) reiterated its overweight rating on Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) and raised its price target to $305 from $298 after strong earnings. “iPhone growth is accelerating, Services is outperforming, and AAPL is protecting GMs better than we expected.” Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) reiterated its buy rating on Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) and lifted its target price to $303 from $272 following earnings. “We think Amazon’s focus on the customers and the buyer experience is right for the Internet. We think Amazon is well positioned to capitalize on the global growth of eCommerce and other secular trends such as cloud computing, online advertising and connected devices.” Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) also reiterated Reddit (NYSE: RDDT) as overweight, boosting its price target to $250 from $230. “Going forward, RDDT’s ability to drive higher user retention and user growth via improved personalization/onboarding [is] key to potential multiple expansion.” UBS (NYSE: UBS) upgraded Amplitude (NASDAQ: AMPL) to buy from neutral, calling it “compelling.” “We’re upgrading AMPL from a Neutral to Buy. In the face of cautious investor sentiment towards apps software, we believe AMPL stands out with a compelling setup due to the potential for an acceleration to 20%+ revs growth in FY26.” Ian Wyatt *** Featured Research *** PayPal was very anti-crypto before 2025.
