Yesterday I talked all about how my weekend went belly-up when the bolts in my dad’s van broke off and put the engine out of commission.
Well, I did spend most of my weekend in the guts of a Mercedes Metris, but that wasn’t the highlight of my weekend!
Lest my family thinks I forgot about them, the absolute highlight was celebrating my daughter’s engagement at a party we threw over the weekend!
Felt like half of Knoxville was there!
Let me tell you about it…
Just Released — How I Saved My Mom’s Retirement
You may have heard the story of how I saved my mom’s retirement before…
But I just recorded a brand new version, fall leaves and everything, because I think this is one of the most important stories I can tell to help people get a sense of my trading philosophy.
I am hoping to serve others at all times!
So I hope you’ll take a chance to watch this now that it’s out.
Come for the pretty foliage, stay for the helpful trading tips.
As you’ve probably learned by now, when the Turnmire’s throw a party, we do it big!
We wanted to celebrate our daughter’s engagement in the best way possible.
Our friend owns a venue - The Concourse, so we rented the place out.
And we even had a food truck come to do barbecue!
Here’s a picture of “the boss,” AKA my wife, walking across the dance floor with her drink and a plate of smoked ribs from the food truck.
I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!
The venue owner just happens to be a Knoxville Trade Club student and a friend of mine, Jay, a U.S. veteran.
I’ve seen him have some great success with my strategies, and he was more than happy to rent the venue out to us.
But the funny thing is, all his employees were wanting to talk to me about getting started! Lol
I guess my reputation precedes me.
But I’m not complaining. I love hearing stories from my folks who are just getting started trading the markets.
It’s so encouraging to read about all their highlights!
I hope to be hearing some of yours soon,
