It’s no secret that I’ve started to dislike tech stocks more and more over the past several months…
We can thank upcoming rate hikes and the Federal Reserve slowly releasing the gas pedal on its bond-buying program for that one, folks.
But I don’t want anyone to think that all tech stocksare bad… or that I’m throwing the baby out with the bathwater, for lack of a better phrase.
That’s because various tech sectors should still continue to experience upside — especially if they’re grounded in the industrial and EV spaces just like the ones I’m giving away in this quick video...
The holidays are coming up fast, the markets are gearing up for an eventful week — and more in Monday’s stock market recap.
As we do every Monday, let’s take a look at the biggest threats and opportunities for the week ahead. And this time around, there are a lot of them, largely in the form of official reports.
On Tuesday, we have the Producers Price Index, which tells us how much pressure industrial production faces from both inflation and ever-persistent bottlenecks.
Then on Wednesday, we have both the retail sales report and the Federal Open Market Committee announcement.
Retail sales are crucial because they make up two-thirds of our economy. But more importantly, the FOMC announcement should give us some direction on what the Federal Reserve plans to do in regards to its bond-buying program.
I do a ton of sector analysis and use back-tested, proven strategies to beat the market. I use proprietary formulas based on relative strength to track the top 5 strongest stocks… You know, the ones I send you in my new weekly watchlist. But now I want to know which stocks you’d like to see rankings for! All you have to do is reply directly to this email with your tickers!
What do relative strength, the ADX indicator, RSI oscillator, bollinger bands, price action and high-velocity pullbacks all have in common?
They’re all tools that help propel a trader’s overall success.
But the problem is most people use them the wrong way, which can lead to trade losses and missed opportunities. Or even worse, push some people to give up on trading completely...
That’s why I’m hosting a complimentary bootcamp training session to teach people the three critical components for “profitable pullback” trading.
Technical Analysis is a trading discipline employed to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities by analyzing statistical trends gathered from trading activity, such as price movement and volume. Unlike fundamental analysts, who attempt to evaluate a security's intrinsic value, technical analysts focus on patterns of price movements, trading signals and various other analytical charting tools to evaluate a security's strength or weakness.
