I’m Jeffry — yes, there’s just one “e” in my first name. Apologies to anyone who has a hard time spelling it, but when it came time to sign my birth certificate, my mom thought that’s how it was spelled.
She didn’t find out until later, and that’s OK. It’s kinda cool to be different.
Speaking of being different, I didn’t get where I am today — analyzing markets, hosting livestreams, leading a big trading community, and teaching people how I trade — the traditional route…
Far from it.
Heck, I’ve never even been to New York City.
In fact, I’m a civil engineer by trade, an urban farmer here in Knoxville, Tennessee, a beekeeper, a scout leader, and an amateur pilot.

And, yes, I’m absolutely obsessed with the markets. Let’s just say I’m something of a workaholic and self-starter who’s not afraid to roll up my sleeves and tackle problems head-on.
Nearly 4 Decades in the Making
I’ve been doing this for darn near four decades now, first catching the bug way back in third grade…
There was also a kid who rode my bus whose family held shares of Coca-Cola. They’d give him the dividend in cash so he could spend it on candy.
That was a magical moment in my young life, learning you could make money just by owning a piece of a company.
After that, I was in a program for gifted students, and we voted — with some pushing from me — to play The Stock Market Game. |

| | | | We completed Scantron forms — you know, the little bubbles you fill in with a No. 2 pencil — that we mailed in. Then a few weeks later, we’d get a receipt for our transactions back.
And I was hooked, opening my first E*trade account after graduating high school, when the real journey began. | | | | |

I actually had three uncles who worked in the market. One of them said the best advice he could give me was to close my account, take my money out, and never look at the stock market again — because regular people like me can't make money trading stocks.
But again, I’m not one to shy away from a challenge…
Fast forward 23 or so years and after a lot of trial and error — I had to learn on my own because YouTube and the internet weren’t really a thing then — I was able to take everything I had learned to grow my family’s trading accounts to more than a million dollars in a very short period of time.
Everyone of course wants to know how I did it...
Right Place, Right Time
I bounced around between a bunch of trading “gurus” and experts at the time, probably a lot like you, learning things from all of them. The big breakthrough came after I learned about Elliott Wave Theory and how to use Fibonacci levels to predict price movements and levels.
I was in the right place at the right time during the pandemic, when I quickly turned about $250K into $1.4 million…
And that turned some heads.

| | | | | I had been hanging out in Rob Booker’s group, just chatting other traders up and hunting for stocks. During the pandemic, I kept posting these massive wins for the group, and Rob sent me a direct message one day... |

Not only did he not do that, but he actually asked if I wanted to help teach others what I was doing. I was ecstatic, and he brought me on under him.
About six months later, I was a full-fledged guru standing on my own, a “20-plus-year-in-the-making overnight success,” according to Rob.
The Beginning of OUR Journey
That same uncle who told me to stay away from the markets, he saw me years later under my minivan fixing the oil pressure sensor so I could drive the family home from Thanksgiving dinner.
He looked to his son, my cousin, and said…
“See, that’s the type of guy you never count out — he always figures out a way to take care of his own problems.”
That’s me, alright. And here I am, thrilled to be here with you to teach you everything I know about trading and how to make money in the market. And some of the “what not to do” things that hopefully help you find success even faster than I did! | | | | |
