U.S. stocks climbed toward new highs today as optimism around a possible U.S.-China trade deal rose. The Dow gained about 0.5%... the S&P 500 rose 1%... and the Nasdaq led with a 1.6% jump. Here’s Monday’s biggest calls on Wall Street. Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) upgraded Doximity (NYSE: DOCS) to buy from neutral. The bank calls the physician-focused social platform a growing force in digital healthcare advertising. JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) reiterated Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) as overweight, raising its price target to $300 per share from $260. The firm noted that Alphabet is the second-best-performing “Mag 7” stock this year, up 80% from April lows. Citi (NYSE: C) reiterated Micron (NASDAQ: MU) as a buy, boosting its target from $240 to $275 and citing surging AI-related demand. Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) downgraded Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) to equal weight – while upgrading Life Time Group (NYSE: LTH) to overweight due to reaccelerating growth in its club business. JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) reiterated Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) as overweight and raised its target to $290. The firm said Apple’s upcoming iPhone launches have investors more optimistic than at any time in the past year. Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) reinstated DoorDash (NASDAQ: DASH) as buy with a $315 target following its Deliveroo (private) acquisition. Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) upgraded Glaukos (NYSE: GKOS) to overweight and raised its target to $120, citing “material upside potential.” Finally, Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) reiterated Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) as overweight.
