Dear Reader, Since July, I’ve gone viral with a controversial message that’s been viewed over 2 million times now. The central message in it? SELL NVIDIA. And the reason (I thought) was clear: Nvidia's best customers are becoming its biggest competitors. They’re all building their own AI chips. If Nvidia loses its top customers, this “too big to fail” stock could soon sell for pennies on the dollar. But I was wrong. Nvidia’s biggest customers are not just replacing Nvidia with their own custom chips. They’re now buying and selling them to each other – with an eye toward cutting Nvidia out altogether. Meta is in talks to spend billions on Google’s chips. OpenAI is in talks to buy Amazon’s chips in a deal valued at $10 billion. So, for those keeping score… Those are two of Nvidia’s five biggest customers – potentially pulling the plug on their deals. If (or when) these deals close, the virtual monopoly that drove Nvidia to a $4 trillion market cap -- is OVER. That’s what I was right about. And that’s the real story that matters. But what matters even more is this: If you currently own Nvidia stock and are looking to get out... Or if you’re simply looking for an even better bet, I have an alternative stock that you should know about. It’s a company that supplies a critical component that every AI data center needs. This demand is scaling so quickly that in just a single data center, you’ll find enough of this hardware to wrap around the earth up to 8 TIMES. At that rate, AI hyperscalers will continue to need more and more of it all the time. And unlike Nvidia, competition is scarce for this hardware manufacturer, which puts them in a hugely advantageous spot. This supplier's stock has outperformed Nvidia's by 50X since July. And they recently announced a breakthrough partnership that could explode demand even further. The assault on Nvidia’s dominance is here… and it will be relentless. Click to get the full details on my urgent “Nvidia alternative” right here. Sincerely, Eric Fry Senior Macro-Investment Analyst, InvestorPlace |
