Individually, each action looks incremental. Collectively, they represent a structural reset of the current supply/demand dynamic for coal. And here’s where it gets interesting. On February 6 — a full 12 days before Reuters ran the EPA story — a member flagged $7.7 million in Unusual Options Activity (UOA) in Peabody Energy (BTU). Specifically, 20,001 September $45 calls.
