Don't get me wrong... I love a good long-term setup. I have "legacy" positions that have handed me premiums for years, and I’ve walked away with great returns on trades I held for several weeks. But lately, the real action hasn't been in the "wait and see" plays. It’s been in what I call the "60-Minute Surge." While most traders are stuck hoping a stock moves in the right direction by next Friday...
