A Message from Porter & Company President Donald Trump made headlines last month with a staggering claim. He stated that since taking office, more than $12 trillion in private investments into America have been “practically committed” on his watch. "Nobody's ever seen numbers like we have," he said, crediting his agenda of tariffs, tax cuts, and deregulation with making the difference. If true, the figure would indeed be astonishing – potentially tripling the roughly $4 trillion in gross private investment the US reported all of last year. Unfortunately, it seems those numbers don’t actually exist. According to his own White House reports, the real number is closer to $5.3 trillion. And even that figure seems inflated. Around a third of the 62 investments listed by the White House include plans that were in the works before Trump took office. According to one Goldman Sachs analyst, when you strip out the fluff, the real figure is closer to $134 billion. And could maybe even be as low as $30 billion when you take out investments backed by foreign governments, the risk that some projects may fail to materialize, or projects that would have happened anyway. So, let’s be honest. Despite promises of a new golden age for America… an economic “boom like no other”... and lower prices on day one… Trump’s administration is yet to bring any significant surge in economic growth. And yet, there is one sector that’s quietly exploding in growth whilst the rest of America stagnates. A sector that’s already attracting billions in capital from some of America’s biggest investors: Marc Andreessen... Ben Horowitz... Elon Musk... Jeff Bezos... Mark Zuckerberg...Jensen Huang... Bill Gates... the list goes on and on. And it may be the only solution to saving America from Washington’s reckless spending – growing our GDP enough that it outpaces our deficit. It’s known as Parallel Processing. But what’s even better is that Parallel Processing – and the companies rapidly powering and developing it – are still mostly unknown by investors. That means that you could still get in early on the biggest technological shift in history. But only if you move fast. For the full story, click the link above. |
