How long will the rally last?

Here's what our OVI indicators are telling us
image

We've entered a new period for the market and the start of a possible rally.

Market behavior was quite positive, with a particularly encouraging Friday.

But as we scrolled through our charts and market timing software, the OVI participation was not universally strong.

This leads us to believe the rally will be short-lived, lasting a few weeks, perhaps.

The next few days could be instrumental in determining the next phase of market structure.

Our medium-term outlook is volatility with a positive bias during this earnings season.

We highly recommend that you focus on OVI setups around Key Levels.

Those setups can give you a better chance of success because the market is backing up whatever the indicator is telling you.

With that said, here's our watchlist for the week:

Watch these stocks carefully during the week ahead.

If the market continues to recover, that will bring relief to traders for a brief period of time, but it may not last.

Recently, Roger Scott and Jack Carter uncovered five stocks that have not only survived the last five market crashes but destroyed the S&P 500 during bullish seasons as well.

You can discover the Ultimate Portfolio here. They're going to share all five stocks with you for free, so don't miss it.

Cheers,

Guy Cohen
