Is Gold Ready to Move Back Into the Conversation?   What a week, what a week, what a week! Shadow Trader members knocked it out of the park this morning after we sent an alert late Thursday to enter the Block (SQ) March 1 expiration, $66 strike calls ahead of earnings… And shares of SQ bounced almost 21%* on the open to around $82, sending those babies soaring — BANG! This is directly from my Telegram channel, where it was an emoji party… except for those three poor saps who missed the trade👎 ​Buck up, guys! There are new opportunities emerging each and every day from the stock market. You may miss the boat one day, but there are countless others setting sail! So what do we have in store next? Well… We’re through the bulk of earnings season but there’s still plenty of juicy tickers to trade. We didn’t see anything hitting the News Flow Scanner for Monday just yet, but we did see an interesting order in a certain precious metal…   These Stocks Hit My News Flow Scanner Wall Street Prays You Never Discover This…   Stocks that miss earnings four quarters in a row DON’T get much love from the talking heads on CNBC…  They’re like the ugly ducklings of the investing world. And if I told the “so-called” experts I was about to place a trade on one of them…  They’d probably laugh me out of the studio and call me a moron!  You see, my trading strategy doesn’t follow conventional wisdom.  I don’t look at the RSI… I don’t look at MacD… I don’t even look at volume.   I’d show up late to the proverbial party if I spent my time watching those things.  Instead, I spend most of my time looking at something that 99% of traders miss out on.    Let’s Show the ‘Experts’ How It’s Done Past performance is not indicative of any future results. From 2/21/20 - 2/22/24 on live trades the win rate is 68.4%, the average return is 14.1% on the options over a 7 day average hold time, with an annualized return of 127% BEST Order Of The Day: CART   Thanks to my News Flow Scanner, we found another big mover… ahead of time! That’s the point, right? To get in these calls or puts before they blast off to the moon or fall off a cliff… With CART up about 4.2% to just over $31 a share in early trading Friday, the order above hit in the March 1 expiration, $32 calls. At the time, it was trading for around $0.98 a contract.  By 9:50 a.m. on the East Coast and with CART now up to almost $32 a share, it was trading for about $1.53 a contract — that’s a 56%* move higher IN 20 MINUTES for those scoring at home! Something important to keep in mind: As it says at the top, this is the BEST order of the day — one of if not the biggest mover of all orders that came in (by around 1 p.m. ET). There were also gains that were much smaller, and of course some losers mixed in as well, as is the case every day.  So what can you do with this information? Here's my results from this morning.......done for the day in an hour and 15 minutes. All day trade winners. FSLY  54% PLTR 19% RUN   6% SMCI  37% TTD   21% I've been experimenting a little with the day trades......using a blend ATM and ITM options combined with some deeper OTM contracts to boost the gains. I'm only using deeper OTM ones on days when the market internals start off strong, and getting multiple Buy signals on the Master Indicator on ones i'm watching. I did blow it on a couple day trades yesterday, taking a 30% loss on one and an 22% loss on another, but I kept positioning small. I'm learning more and more now when to go large on positioning vs being guarded and keeping positioning small.
