It’s true!
In my career, I’ve tried just about every “income” technique there is. You can’t be the “income ace” and leave any stone unturned.
And most of you have probably heard that real estate is one of the best “passive income” opportunities in the world.
AirBNB… HGTV… there’s a ton of hype around buying homes and renting them…

Well, I hate to spoil the illusion, but there’s nothing “passive” about owning real estate.
It requires constant maintenance and attention, and even if you hire a manager, like I ultimately did, it costs a ton.
So don’t believe the hype about the real estate market…
However, if you want TRUE passive income, I do have a recommendation for you:
Dividends, dividends, dividends!
Dividends are the TRUE “passive” income investment, and truly, they are my favorite investment anywhere in the market.
And it’s not just me — my grandson, “Little Jack” loves dividends too, because they’re so easy to understand!
Every so often, he looks at me and says “Papa, how much does THIS stock pay you to own it?”
I love it when he asks me that.
Dividends are timeless. They’re easy to understand. And they are historically among the strongest performers anywhere in the market.
