Dear Reader,
No Congressional approval needed.
Just one signature…
And he will ban exports of something every tech company on Earth desperately needs.
It's not semiconductors.
It's not AI chips or quantum computers.
But none of these technologies can exist without it.
When he does, I believe every major tech company on the planet will be forced to relocate to U.S. soil.
Apple, NVIDIA, Amazon, and others have already committed over $2 trillion—because they see what's coming.
This is an opportunity to get ahead of the crowd.
You have mere weeks to position yourself ahead of the crowd.
For details on what he’s about to ban—and how you can profit from this developing situation, just go here now…

The S&P 500's Top-Performing Sectors: 3 Lead the Pack in 2025
Reported by Leo Miller. Article Posted: 1/5/2026.
At a Glance
- The S&P 500 returned 18% in 2025, but only three sectors—technology, communications, and industrials—outperformed the index.
- AI adoption was the dominant driver of gains across all three sectors, from chipmakers and hyperscalers to defense firms and power infrastructure.
- Key stock contributors included NVIDIA, Broadcom, Alphabet, GE Aerospace, and Micron—all of which fueled sector-level outperformance.
Despite notable volatility, the S&P 500 Index delivered an 18% total return in 2025—its third consecutive year of 15% or higher gains. However, that strength was not evenly distributed across the market's 11 sectors.
Only three sectors outperformed the broader index, each propelled by distinct tailwinds such as AI momentum, infrastructure investment, and content demand. Sector-level performance is based on State Street's SPRD Sector ETFs.
Industrials Soar as Aerospace, Defense, and Power Drive Growth
Tiny Stock Set to Soar on Monday (Ad)
Recent algorithm alerts have flagged stocks like Nuburu, MSS, and Rebel Holdings ahead of sharp moves — including triple-digit gains in a short time frame. These signals all came from Tim Bohen's new system, called The Monday Algo, which scans the market each week for early breakout setups.
Now, the algorithm is highlighting a new low-priced stock heading into Monday. While no trade is guaranteed, Tim is breaking down why this setup stands out — and how he and his students approach these Monday momentum opportunities.
Coming in third, the industrials sector slightly outperformed the index with a 19.5% return. Two investment themes—aircraft and defense, and data-center power infrastructure—drove much of the strength. GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) and RTX (NYSE: RTX) returned 86% and 61%, respectively, together adding roughly 600 basis points to the sector's total return.
Both companies reported strong sales from commercial and defense customers. GE Aerospace finished the quarter with a backlog of $175 billion, while RTX's backlog was about $250 billion—figures several times larger than each company's trailing 12‑month revenue, giving significant visibility into future sales.
Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) gained 61%, benefiting from data-center buildouts. Caterpillar's power generation business sells reciprocating engines that provide backup power for data centers when grids fail—and increasingly, these engines are used to supply non-emergency power.
Hyperscalers and Mega-Merger Put Communications in Second
The communications sector earned second place in 2025 with a 23% total return. Although often grouped with technology, Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) and Alphabet, Google's parent company, are classified in communications; they rose 13% and 66%, respectively, during the year.
Meta's revenue growth accelerated every quarter as its AI investments paid off. Google also saw accelerating growth, reporting 16% revenue growth in Q3 2025—the fastest pace in more than three years—driven by AI-led gains in Search, Google Cloud, and YouTube ads, and by its leadership in large language models with Gemini. Together, Meta and Alphabet added about 1,110 basis points to the sector's return.
Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD) also played a major role, contributing more than 300 basis points. The stock surged 172% as bidders competed for the company and WBD ultimately accepted an offer from Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
AI Pushes Technology to the Top
The technology sector was the top performer in 2025, returning 24.6%, with AI powering gains across the group. Advanced chip designers NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) and Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) returned 39% and 51%, respectively, as hyperscalers continued to increase demand. Those two names contributed about 760 basis points to the sector's return.
The memory-chip trade also contributed meaningfully. Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) jumped 240%, and wafer-fabrication equipment maker Lam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) rose 140%. Demand for memory tied to AI helped fuel these moves—Micron has already sold its projected 2026 production capacity for high-bandwidth memory (HBM), and that backlog benefits equipment suppliers like Lam. Together, Micron and Lam added about 380 basis points to the sector's return.
Among AI application plays, Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) was one of the biggest winners, climbing 135% as government and commercial customers invested heavily to deploy its Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) software.
AI Makes Its Mark Across Industrials, Communications, and Technology
AI was the common thread behind the outperformance of these three sectors in 2025. From heavy machinery and data-center power to core chips and enterprise software, the technology is spreading across large parts of the economy.
Analysts expect AI investment to remain strong in 2026, though the leading beneficiaries are likely to shift as the technology and its applications evolve.
