Under-the-Radar AI Play With NVIDIA Ties

Hi Folks, Kevin Vander here,

Every so often, a small, overlooked company quietly steps onto a much bigger stage.

Not with hype…

But with a series of strategic moves that start to tell a different story.

Today, I want to put one of those situations on your radar.

I've been tracking a company moving into the $121B AI infrastructure market—backed by a recent alignment tied to NVIDIA.

The company originally built its foundation in real estate and PropTech.

But that's no longer the full story.

Behind the scenes, management has been executing a pivot—leveraging its PropTech base and expanding into AI-driven infrastructure.

That means exposure to the physical layer behind AI: compute, data centers, and power.

The Shift

The company recently announced a proposed acquisition of Consensus Core Technologies, a business operating within the AI infrastructure stack.

What stands out isn't just the deal itself—but the positioning.

Consensus has ties within the NVIDIA ecosystem and has outlined access to significant power capacity across North America.

If completed, the move would expand the company's reach into:

• AI compute deployment

• Data center development

• GPU-based cloud infrastructure

At the same time…

The company is also moving on physical assets—securing land in a fast-growing region of Florida.

The plan is to develop a Tier III data center designed for enterprise and AI workloads.

It's not a massive campus—but it doesn't need to be.

Right now, demand is being driven by access to power, proximity, and scalability.

Why it caught my attention

Early-stage pivots like this are often easy to overlook:

A small-cap company…

A shift in strategy…

A market that hasn't fully connected the dots yet...

I put together a full breakdown of the setup and what I'm watching next:

More soon,
