I don't like to trade bank stocks because they don't move as much as other companies. But they're a good indicator for the overall health of the economy.

It's also important to keep in mind that not all banks are in the same type of business. Some focus on regional customers, others are more involved in retail banking or underwriting, and then you have investment banks…

As a result of these mixed earnings, the market is a little "wishy-washy."

Investors are super bullish on some companies, while others are getting hammered. We're seeing the major indexes move up, and then slide lower…
