We had a lot of volatility last week, especially on Friday.

Now investors are out of dry powder. The panic selling is over and everyone seems to be holding their breath, waiting for the next wave of market-moving earnings reports and inflation data.

I'm not a huge fan of quiet days like this. I love volatility, and when the market is subdued like this, it's hard to put on a successful directional trade.
