Market makers — the ones selling those options — are constantly hedging around these levels. And that hedging creates real price pressure, creating both support and resistance that can open a multitude of trade setups for us. We saw this play out recently in a big way with gold. Via GLD, the bellwether metal pulled right back to its expected move. And right at that level? Massive call buying to the tune of $14.4 million in calls vs. just $2.1 million in puts. That’s not random. That’s buyers stepping in at a level where the market expects support. Same thing with PBR. In that case, we managed to get in early – and the community locked in gains.
