| Hey guys,
Joining me tomorrow for “Roundtable” will be Garrett Baldwin, Jack Carter, and Scott Welsh.
Here’s what’s on tap: | • | | Talk of a stock market crash is coming from all quarters now (you’ve definitely heard it from me). Everyone has their reasons, but Scott Welsh has found a simple indicator that has predicted every bear market turn. He’ll show us how it looked in the past and what it tells us about markets today. | | • | | Low growth world meets debt ceiling meets central bank policy. The IMF has downshifted its forecast for global growth. And with debt becoming an issue for governments around the world, it’s becoming harder for governments to spend their way to prosperity. This has implications for the debt ceiling debate in the U.S. as well. Garrett will give us the low down. | | • | | Banks are bleeding out and the FOMC has a rate decision due tomorrow afternoon. A 25 basis point hike looks like a lock. But where they go next is still an open debate. We’ll discuss the upcoming wage report due on Friday for clues as to whether the Federal Reserve is really done. |
Plus, I’m sure we’ll touch on the debt ceiling debate.
It starts promptly at 11am ET tomorrow.
Hope to see you there.
